Filing a Claim

Take your vehicle to a qualified repair center. No prior authorization is needed to take your vehicle for an estimate. Your vehicle must be at a repair center in order for a claim to be opened.

Once the vehicle is at the repair center, have the repair center call our Claims Department.

Our hours are 9AM through 5PM Eastern Time, Monday through Friday. Emergency repairs done outside of working hours may be submitted to Customer Service with a letter of explanation for payment consideration.
